OUR APPROACH

• We create and sustain regional, thematic, multi-sectoral, inter-disciplinary networks of stakeholders and experts to uncover what decisions matter and how to support decision-making.

• We take an action research approach to ‘do, fix, learn’, developing and advancing capabilities by building and testing them in practice. The focus of our efforts is to push the boundaries of the possible, through collaborative rapid prototyping and iteration – with replication and scaling in mind.

• We aim to pave the way for large-scale public and private investments by identifying innovation needs and potential scale-up paths.

• We aspire to create greater trust through open innovation and transparent collaboration with international scientific and technology leaders. We strive to utilize open source tools and methods wherever feasible.
